This policy describes how Qwage processes personal data in the Qwage mobile app, on qwage.ge and in the company admin panel.
1. Who we are
Qwage is a service that lets an employee receive part of the salary they have already earned before payday. It is for employees of Qwage's partner companies — adults only.

2. What data we process
From your employer: first and last name, personal number, mobile number, e-mail, position, salary and start date.
From you: your mobile and e-mail for signing in, bank accounts (IBAN), withdrawal requests and their history, the app passcode (stored only as a one-way hash), notification and piggy bank settings.
From your device: the push notification token and the device name. Face ID and fingerprints stay on your device — Qwage never sees them.
From the website: what you enter in a form (name, company, company ID, e-mail, phone).
From the “Invite your employer” form: your first and last name and your mobile number, which you confirm with an SMS code; the invited company's name, the recipient's role (owner, director, HR or other) and their e-mail. To guard against spam, the form keeps a count of requests per IP address for up to 24 hours.
The app does not collect location, contacts or photos, shows no ads and contains no analytics or advertising tools.
3. Why
To verify your identity when you are invited and when you sign in; to calculate how much of your earned pay is available; to transfer money to your account and settle with your employer; to notify you about your transactions; to keep the service secure and prevent fraud; to meet our legal obligations; to answer messages sent through the website.
Legal basis: the contract with you and with your employer, legal obligations, and Qwage's legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
With the “Invite your employer” form's data we check that a real person is sending the invitation and, at your request, send the company one e-mail about Qwage. Legal basis: your consent, given when you send the form; for the recipient's e-mail, Qwage's legitimate interest in answering an employee's request.
4. Whom we share it with
Your employer — the amounts you withdrew, so they can be deducted from your salary.
Banks (Bank of Georgia, TBC Bank) — to make transfers and check the account holder.
The invited company — the invitation e-mail sent through the “Invite your employer” form shows the sender's first and last name; we do not share the sender's mobile number with the company.
Service providers acting only on our instructions: Amazon Web Services (servers in the EU, Frankfurt), SMS and e-mail delivery services, Google Firebase and Expo (push notifications).
Public authorities — only when the law requires it.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
5. Storage and security
Data travels over encrypted connections (TLS); the personal number is also encrypted in the database. Access is limited by role and every action is logged.
We keep data while your account is active. After the account is deleted, personal data is erased; records of withdrawals and settlements are kept for as long as Georgian law (tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering rules) requires.
We keep the “Invite your employer” form's data while we are in touch with the invited company, or until you ask us to delete it.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, or withdraw consent — write to hello@qwage.ge. You can also complain to Georgia's Personal Data Protection Service (pdps.ge).
If someone else entered your e-mail in an invitation, you can ask us to delete it at the same address — hello@qwage.ge.
7. Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Or fill in the form on the website. We delete the account within 30 days.
